Put here some useful hunter macros

Postby Anonymous on Sun Apr 27, 2008 8:02 pm

#showtooltip
/cast [target="Tank"] Misdirection

i have that macro for every tank in raid, you dont need to switch targets, just select the mob click this and your tank is MD'd prittey neat.

/cast Hunter's Mark
/petattack

to begin fights, you can add /cast auto shot as well but i find it bit better not to.
just noticed you can add /cast Hunter's Mark to the first macro as well.. dont know how efficiant that will be though. worth a try.

#showtooltip Steady Shot
/script UIErrorsFrame:Hide()
/castsequence reset=3 Steady Shot, Auto Shot
/cast [exists,target=pettarget] Kill Command
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear(); UIErrorsFrame:Show()

thats my version of the macro i use

http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/1830/
to see when you cast you auto shots prittey usefull for me atleast.. i time my auto with steady.. if your late you lose an auto shot.

Ye so i would like if any of you other hunters would have some useful macros that would help on like raids or at PvP im only using one useful macro wich almost every hunter uses to deal dmg
thats the Rotation thing

#showtooltip Steady Shot
/castrandom [target=pettarget,exists] Kill Command
/castsequence reset=2/target !Auto Shot, Steady Shot
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear();

if you havent testet/tried that yet i think you should thats pretty good macro actually
you dont need to wait for auto-shot and then use Steady Shot this thing does it for ya
Well enjoy

through out your old macro.it is a huge mistake.. clips alot.. gives you a 1:1.5 shot rotation we shoud be aiming for 1:1 or 1.5:1.. go to that link and get that macro set up.
