Ok, updated the rules to conform to our current progress.

Updated the gear req.
Added and updated several of the 'during raid' rules.
Added info about raid / invite times and how the time in GEM now denotes the time of the first pull not the first invite.
Added the rule about being asked to do something in a raid.
Updated the possible penalties to include a complete sin point wipe for repeated bad behaviour.

Please ENSURE you are fully aware of the rules and up to date on them all.
